What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal payments.  

Why was I charged customs and duties?

All international orders outside of the United States, United Kingdom and Europe, can potentially incur charges such as customs, duties, VAT, etc., upon their arrival in the destination country. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Your Mama Journey. As the fees can be unpredicatble, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on an inbound parcel arriving from outside of your country.​

We are committed to ensuring the security of your card information and personal data. Here’s how we protect your payment information:

  • We do not store your card information in our systems. Your card details remain your private property before, during, and after your purchase.
  • All transactions are processed securely using highly encrypted third-party payment processors that are trusted by millions.

  • To safeguard your credit card and personal information, we use a fully secured and reputable third-party payment processor for all credit card transactions.
  • Our checkout process is protected by a 256-bit SSL certificate, providing the same level of security as used by banks.

Data Storage and Encryption:

  • Purchase transaction data is only stored for as long as necessary to complete the transaction. After that, the information is securely deleted.
  • Your data is encrypted throughout this process in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

PCI-DSS Compliance:

  • All direct payment gateways comply with the standards set by PCI-DSS, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a collaborative effort by brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

These policies ensure that your payment data remains secure, providing you with peace of mind during your shopping experience.

Shipping & Billing Verification

Kindly ensure that you enter the correct billing address and contact information as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match exactly what your bank or credit card provider has on file. Some transactions may also be held for further verification by our customer experience team. If you are having issues with your payment going through, please check to verify that your card does not have any international blocks on it. Keep in mind that we are a Australian company and some credit card issuers may block transactions outside of your country.
