Please don't send the journal back
We kindly ask that you keep the journal rather than returning it. Instead, do something meaningful with it: pass it to a friend who might need it, leave it in a free book exchange, or share it with a local mama group.

Will shipping costs be refunded?
Yes. Because we don't require the journal to be sent back, your original shipping costs are included in the refund.
What about digital products?
Online courses, audio companions, and other digital products are also covered by the 60-day guarantee. If a course isn't the right fit, email us and we'll refund you in full — even if you've already started watching the modules.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or with the wrong items, email jade@yourmamajourney.com within 30 days of your shipment date and we'll send a replacement.
