We are excited to share that Your Mama Journey ships worldwide* for free. We ship from three different warehouses in the USA, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
Processing Time
Being a small business, orders are made and processed from 3 to 5 days and shipped in 11-15 business days, likely sooner. But we like being conservative to make sure you are not disappointed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking details to update. If you have not received this email, kindly check your spam/trash folders, or email us at jade@yourmamajourney.com for further support. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Should inaccurate or incomplete address information be provided, it may delay processing time by 1-2 business days. All customers are encouraged to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

Because our HQ is in Australia, our orders in Australia are faster than US and UK.

Possible Delays/Additional Shipping Information
Incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, natural disasters, and delivery restrictions may delay your order. Orders affected by such delays may take as long as 6 weeks to arrive. Your Mama Journey takes no responsibility for delivery delays outside of our control and will take no action on these orders during that time.
Taxes & Duties
United States
Your Mama Journey charges a sales tax for all US orders. These collected taxes are mandated by the local state governments. Your Mama Journey in no way benefits from this and directly pays this amount collected to the state.
United Kingdom
Orders being shipped to the UK (from our UK warehouse) will have a 20% VAT included in the price. These collected taxes are mandated by UK government. Your Mama Journey in no way benefits from this and directly pays this amount collected by the UK government.
Europe
With our newest warehouse in the Netherlands, any orders being shipped to a country in the European Union should not incur any added fees for customs and duties at the time of delivery.
Canada, Mexico, Asia & Other International Countries
As your order is shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), orders being shipped internationally may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees are not collected by Your Mama Journey.
How can I change my order?
If you wish to change your order details, i.e. remove/add products to your order, or change your address, please contact jade@yourmamajourney.com as soon as possible. As orders begin processing quickly, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to adjust your order, however, we will do our best.
I didn't receive my package
If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, kindly check with your neighbours who may have received the package on your behalf. In addition, please reach out to your local post office for additional information should it have been delivered there instead. If you are not able to locate your order, kindly contact jade@yourmamajourney.com for further assistance.
Return Policy
If you received damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items, we are happy to provide a replacement copy. Please notify us within 30 days of your order’s shipment date through jade@yourmamajourney.com
